Onsite dedicated implant laboratory
A dental laboratory and technicians are a vital part of a patient’s dental care. The laboratory works directly with dentists by following their detailed instructions. It uses impressions and molds of the patient’s teeth or oral soft tissues, to create dentures, partial dentures and implants, bridges, crowns, and orthodontic appliances to help straighten and protect teeth and to ensure a beautiful smile.
At Nha Viet Dental Implant Center, Hochiminh City we are proud to have our own onsite laboratory. Our dental technician’s and master ceramists are an essential and vital part of a patient’s treatment. The dentists and laboratory, work together hand in hand, with their dedication, attention to detail and their detailed knowledge and experience, you will, achieve that absolute, perfect final result.
Why do we need an onsite dental laboratory? The following Benefits will give you the answer.
It is more difficult, to provide, a personal, customised treatment if a technician is unable to evaluate your mouth on site. With an onsite laboratory a technician can meet with you, face to face, to ensure that perfect result, for your dental restoration - crowns, bridges, veneers or dentures.
Having the laboratory onsite at Nha Viet Dental Implant Center allows the dentists to have better control of your treatment from start to finish. They can also ensure the excellence of the quality of the product and service that the lab provides. Our technicians will provide a customised service as they can assess your needs together with our dentist at your initial appointment. They can make precise molds of your teeth there and then and our lab will often have advanced technology to see the shape, formation and exact colour of your teeth at the early stages. Our technicians can easily locate any problems that will involve their expertise and work on them with the dentist from the start. This minimises the risks of any errors or mistakes, which can cost you time and money.
If Nha Viet does not have lab technicians onsite, you will often have to make multiple trips for fittings so they can be sent to an offsite laboratory for adjustments each time. You may also have the inconvenience of having to wear a temporary restoration until your final product has been made and fitted. With an onsite lab you may only have to wait one day for your treatment to be completed. The technician can take moulds and make fittings in one appointment. When your treatment is underway the technician can be on hand to check the shape, colour and fit. This ensures optimal cosmetic appearance and functional results. It also reduces the need for second appointments if the change can be made onsite.
Your crowns, bridges, veneers or dentures will be completed, using the most advanced, speediest, and efficient process, thus, reducing the amount of trips to and from the clinic, for the patient.
Our dental laboratory consists of 5 specialists working under the supervision of the Master Ceramist, Mrs. Huong Giang. All of whom are highly qualified and are amongst the top experts in their field.
